Five on Friday

Wow what a long week but I survived so glad I have NOTHING to do this weekend.  
It's gonna be pretty much laying by the pool and I may take DQ to see Malificent but that is it!

This weeks 5 on Friday is short an sweet (Kinda like me haha)

Dobby is doing much better, my vet could not find anything wrong with him.  They are guessing he was probably stung by a bee and because he is so little (3.2 pounds) it affected him pretty quick.  



{two}

As most of you know I have a major sweet tooth (I still can't shake it no matter what I do) and durning the warm summer months all I want is froyo and ice cream.  So I came up with this little replacement.  Plain non-fat geek yogurt mixed with 1TB. sugar free cheesecake pudding mix topped with blueberries.  all I can say is YUM!

Have I told you lately how much I love Body Pump.  I think  lifting to music is so much better!
Pretty much everything is better with music and chocolate

Last night at Carries I got to go through her hand me downs.  No shame in my game!  I was so excited some of these were mediums and I totally fit in them YAY!!

I have hit my goal of replacing one cup of coffee for green tea.

  1. The only way for me to break sugar/chocolate cravings is to go three days totally free of them. Like MAGIC, then I lose all cravings for them, except when I'm exceptionally stressed. It's amazing! Sugar/chocolate causes changes in our brain chemistry that causes cravings stronger than that for illegal drugs! Bizarre but true!
